D4CA envisions a vibrant community that is clean, beautiful, safe, and accessible. Our community members are engaged, supportive of one another, and supported by city officials.

We are a team of passionate residents, committed to making a positive impact on our streets. Our mission is simple but profound: to create a stronger, more connected, and thriving community.

D4CA, we envision a community where every individual has the opportunity to meaningfully participate. We believe that by coming together, we can build a better, more equitable future for all.
